Freiburg

Freiburg is a city situated on the western edge of the southern Black Forest. It is also the warmest city in Germany. It straddles the Dreisam River, on the foothills of the Schlossberg. The city was badly spoiled in WWII but it improved through quick and tasteful re-establishment.

It has a nice scenic beauty, warm and sunny climate and easy access to the Black Forest and that’s why it is a hub for regional tourism.
