To start with, we were picked up 1.5 hours late for our 2 day trip. The driver then proceeded to drive all over town for another 2 hours picking up supplies, including a trip to his his own house for food. We did not need to be with him for all this and it should have been done before we were picked up. The vehicle was in terrible shape and did not have functioning seatbelts. This company was very unorganized and very unprofessional. They do not take credit cards and required all of the money up front in US cash, so once they have your money, they do not serve you as they should. We finally left town for the crater around 4 in the afternoon and were not able to take advantage of the nice facilties at our hotel that evening because of our late arrival. The next morning, we were told that our 2 day tour was over that afternoon. We argued that we had paid for 2 days, but they have a different way of counting two days, so our 48 hour trip ended after 26 hours. we lost some of our hotel money as we had paid for two nights in advance and had to leave a day early. When we did not want to stop at the driver's "friends" shop, he developed an attitude and did not get our to help with our luggage when he dropped us off. We were a concerned for our safety.
We have been to Africa 3 times and on many safaris, but this was by far the worst service ever!!!
Pay a little more for another more reputable outfit and you will surely get alot more than these guys give.!
