If you really wanted to appreciate the Wutach Gorge then you should do the 13km hike from the Schattenmuhle in east direction to the Wutachmuhke. It is just a 4 1/2 hours walk and if you still feel that you can walk more than the required time, then you can extend your hike to 2.5km long hiking route to Lotenbach-Klamm.
