Manakamana is one of the most popular Hindu temples in Nepal which is also known as wish fulfilling goddess. Manakamana is a temple of Goddess Bhagwati, who is an incarnation of Goddess Parvati.
People used to walk for 3 to 4 hours to reach to the temple because it is up in the hill but since the Nepal’s only Cable car was installed in Manakamana Temple, it can be reached within few minutes. Especially on Saturday’s Manakamana Temple is very crowded and the long lines of devotees can be seen in the temple.
