The family which runs the guest house is very friendly, the hotel is clean, every day they are cleaning the hotel. The Mountain House is a nice and quiet place at the edge of the Lakeside.

Great place to stay with very friendly family
I have been travelling a lot with my group and at least I am going to Pokhara 7 times a year. Of course there are many hotels in lakeside but this one is really special. I like it a lot. since I am going to this hotel never thought of going to any other place to stay in Pokhara.

Family Environment and good view of Fish Tail mountain.
Mountain house is the best place to stay in Pokhara and it is near the main tourist attraction so you will be in the centre of Lake Side but still in a very peaceful location. The environment of the guest house is very friendly. You go there as a guest and come back as a family member. Good food, nice people and a very beautiful view of Fish Tail mountain from the guest house.
