The Park of Cavriglia is a natural park with a variegated fauna and flora: it’s possibile to meet moufflons, deers, roe deers, but also llamas.
The Park is crossed by numerous trekking paths: the most important among them is the path n° 00 of CAI which links Florence to Siena. The Ostello del campo sole (The Sun Field) is a simple hostel in a wood of pines and oaks, beautifully situated on the Monti del Chianti.
It offers 40 beds divided in 3 bungalows, each for 6 peoples, 1 bungalow for 11 peoples and 2 mobil-home, each for 5 peoples.
