The best time for the Rara Lake trekking is end of August and beginning of September because of the beauty of the blooming flowers. It can be a little wet and view not that clear, but the worst of the monsoon is gone. Flights to Jumla or Talcha might be cancelled every now and then.
October, November and March, April are also good months.
