This trek is an extension of Helambu trek. It is rated as difficult trek. Much of the trekking route is above 3,000meters. So if you have any sickness than think twice or take proper medicine with you for avoiding the mountain sickness.
Suggested Itinerary:
Day 1 - Kathmandu to Dhunche
Day 2 - Dhunche to Syabru
Day 3 - Syabru to Chomgong
Day 4 - Chomgong to Langtang Village
Day 5 - Langtang Village to Kyanching Ghayang
Day 6 - Kyanching Ghayang to Naakhang
Day 7 - Naakhang to Keldang
Day 8 - Keldang to Dukpu
Day 9 - Dukpu to Tarke Ghayang
The best time for trekking is all year long.
