Markha Valley Trek is one of the widespread and attractive treks which offer breathtaking views of Korakoram peaks, high villages, irrigated fields of barley and potatoes sitauted at Ladakh, India. You will also get the chance to visit the old monastery which is famous for its paintings. During your trekking, you will be seeing peaks like Ganda La which is 4920m high, Kangyaze which is 6400m and also Kongmaru La which is 5030m high. Kongmaru is the highest peak which you will see during your trek from here you can have a great views of south to the Zanskar Range and north to the Ladakh range.

Day 1 – Spituk to Rumbuk
Day 2 – Rumbuk to Yurutse and camp
Day 3 – Yuruste to Skiu via Ganda La
Day 4 – Skiu to Markha
Day 5 – Markha to Nimaling
Day 6 – Nimaling to Chogdo via Kongmaru La
Day 7 – Chogdo to Hemis
