 <description>&lt;p&gt;The Jura is a mountain on both sides of the border between France and Switzerland. It is an old mountain region, whose summits are parallel to each other extend from north to south. On the east side drops the mountains with a high, steep wall onto the Swiss Mittelland. In the south are the highest peaks: Crêt de la Neige (1718 m) in France, and Mont Tendre (1678.8 m) in Switzerland.&lt;/p&gt;
