 <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Goslar&lt;/strong&gt; is a historic town in &lt;strong&gt;Lower Saxony &lt;/strong&gt;which is also the administrative center of the district of Goslar. &lt;strong&gt;Goslar &lt;/strong&gt;is also rated as &lt;strong&gt;UNESCO World Heritage site&lt;/strong&gt;. It is situated at the northwestern foot of the &lt;strong&gt;Lowe-Saxon Highland&lt;/strong&gt;s.  The lowest point of Goslar is 574 ft and the highest point of Goslar is 2,503 feet.&lt;/p&gt;
