Triberg is the undisputed capital of cuckoo-clock country which lies 17km south of Hausach. Triberg has two world’s largest cuckoo clocks.
Triberg is also famous for the largest waterfall in Germany which is fed by Guttach River, some local museums and a historic Black Forest farmhouse, where people smoke their own hams. Triberg is also a hiker’s paradise. Many tourists who come to Triberg go for hiking towards Schwarzenbach.
