Tolka trekking information

This is one of the easiest trek in the Annapurna Region, Nepal. The trek will be only for three days, so you can imagine by yourself that it must be an easy trek near Annapurna Region. The trek will start from a place called Phedi. The whole region from Phedi is known as Dhampus. In Dhampus area you will see the culture of many casts such as Brahmans, Chhetris and a few Gurungs. The starting point of the trek is a height of 1130 m. and you will be amazed to see the forest which looks like a manicured park. Some parts of the trek will be little step. At the end of the first day you will reach Tolka and rest there. Second day trek is only for 4 - 5 hours same as the first day. You start your trek to Landruk and then go down using the staircase to the Modi Khola. At the end of your trekking hours you will climb few more climb to reach Ghandruk, which is 1970m high. On your last day of your trek you will follow the clearly defined route south from Ghandruk to Birethanti and then walk to Naya Pul and hire your transport and back to Pokhara.

Day 2 - Tolka to Ghandruk
Day 3 - Ghandruk to Naya Pul

Best season to do this trek is Ocotober to May.
