 <description>&lt;p&gt;Gokyo is a small hamlet of stone houses and stone walled pastures which nestles on the lateral morraine of the Ngozumba Glacier. Almost all buildings are guest houses for trekkers. The people who live here in the season are leaving to other (lower) villages like Namche Bazar in the off season. Gokyo village is lying on an altitude of roughly 4800 meter, located on the banks of the third Gokyo Lake (Dudh Pokhari). &lt;/p&gt;
